Our fermenter is empty and we have been taking a hiatus from Brewing due to the heat. Working on a solution to temperature control the fermenter so we don't end up with any "off" flavors in our beers! I will keep you posted on progress of this. Green Parrot Brewing is the blog of a couple of Home Brewers in San Diego, CA producing out of our garage yet developing some pretty dam good flavors in the styles of Beers we like to Brew. Some are traditional, some are very unconventional! We love brewing and experimenting with flavors! Our wares are only on draft so friends and neighbors only can taste at our brewery.
