I had a great time as well as great eats yesterday over at Homebrew4less. They had their annual brewing workshop and BBQ for us brewing customers. The owner Freddy was very generous with the food and tasting opportunities! Eggs, sausage, bacon, tortillas and Creme Brulee' Stout for breakfast for those of us that showed up early. After breakfast Freddy did a brewing demonstration and did a batch of Chocolate Stout from start to pitching the yeast. After the brew session concluded, we Q-ed up some Carne and Pollo Asada! And Keven made up a pot of Mexican ranch style beans! A few of us regulars at the Friday home brew tastings pitched in on the Q-ing! It turned out really awesome! What better way to spend a Saturday morning eating tacos, beans, salad and tasting home brew? Thanks Freddy for hosting this little event and being so generous with your wares! Homebrew4less is over in Santee and is nice and close! They have an awesome selection of Craft Beer as well as almost anything you need to Brew your own! They also sell online too. I am looking forward to the next event. You can view their web site at
