Just tapped a Sierra Nevada Pale Clone. We added 20% extra throughout the whole hop schedule! OG: 1.042 exit gravity: 1.008 with a 4.42% ABV EBUs: 34.7. Tasting note: Nice light bodied Pale Ale. Hints of grapefruit at the finish. I think this probably came out due to the extra hops. Just tapped and online 5/30/11. On the young side but is very promising with a little age. Ha, like it's gonna last that long!
