We finally got a new 8 gallon brew kettle enabling us to do full boil batches of wort. Hopefully this will increase the flavor immensely! It definitely increased our boil on this beer, an Irish Red. This is the first time brewing this style. OG 1.062 with an estimated exit gravity of 1.013 giving us an ABV of 6.40%.
It should be ready to taste around the last week of June and we will post tasting notes at that time.
